Hi! Welcome to Swansea by the Sea. We're Caleb and Tina Piper, and we're thrilled to host you in our Florida beach house. We are a homeschool family with 8 children. Three have graduated and are well into adult life, and our first grandbaby is coming in 2025!

Our family loves Ormond by the Sea. We've been coming here for many years to visit family, but we quickly realized that our growing family could use their own beach house. We hope you enjoy our beach house as much as we do and make many happy memories with your own families or even just your spouse!
